Returns & Damages


In line with current legislation, you must notify us within 7 working days of your intention to return an unwanted item, including details of your Name & Address and Order Number, a brief description of the fault or the reason for return. The easiest way to do this is trough our Contact Us page.

Please note: We are not able to accept returns on personalised items, however if the item is damaged, for example during transit, please refer to the Damages section below.

We will issue you with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the parcel before returning. We are unable to accept returns without a returns number or without prior authorisation. Once you have a returns number, you should return the goods within 7 days at your own expense. To avoid any dispute about items being returned, buyers should send the items back via a postal service or courier that is signed for, recorded or trackable online. Our return address will be found either on your address label/invoice, or on the back of the parcel.

When returning unwanted items, it your responsibility to ensure that they are unused and still in the original packaging. All accessories and free gifts items that were included in the original item/order must also be returned. 

If the item is returned, and the goods are found to be used or incomplete, and therefore not sellable as new, your refund will be subject to a handling and restocking charge equivalent to a minimum of 25% of the original purchase price. If this is found to be the case, you will be given the option to have the goods returned back to you.

In the event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us with details of both the items ordered and the items received. We will then advise what actions to take next.



In the event an item arrives damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible, and in any event within 3 days from the date of delivery. Depending on the nature of the fault or damage, we may ask for photos of the damaged item and/or packaging. We may ask you to return the item. If we do not ask for the item to be returned, you should keep the item & packaging for 28 days in the event of a claim against the carrier, who may wish to collect and inspect the item and its packaging.
