- If an item can be personalised the information required and any character limits etc will be shown on the product page.

- Remember to inclue any 's if required, and that both these and spaces will all count towards any character limit (if applicable).
- Please do not include accents, special symbols or emojis as some of our processes will not allow this.
- If you didn't add the personalisation or upload a photo for the item on your order, please email us with the relevant information.
- Items which are personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- These ex-display items may have some cosmetic blemishes that include scratches and/or other surface imperfections.
- Blemishes will have no impact to the items overall functionality or performance.
- Its box maybe damaged or be missing, but we always package items securely for delivery so your items arrive safely.
- Any significant marks or damage will be detailed at the top of product page or on shown in additional photos.
